Gorgeous Panorama-nightmare conscientious service *

The location of the hotel could come from a rosamunde-Pilcher film. Fantastic on the cliffs with view on Capri. The hotel also the decor of the room is very and english-stuffy and impersonal hotel without charm. A particularly SAD is the restaurant: the dinner consisted each day from various meat with sauces and boring for all meals it was unsatisfactory. The waiters were stiff as a poker and instead used in italy, energetically to serve, the food was rolled out on a buffet. Letting service below average.
Generally I can the hotel because of the fantastic location-the best with breakfast (this was very good and varied).
