The hotel deserves my full satisfaction *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis year we were for the second time in the dolphin DIVA and were completely satisfied, just like in 2010. The hotel deserves its five stars. The staff were in all areas accommodating, polite and competent. The food was very good and there was a very large selection.
The only thing is that on the last day my wife fell by the pool and broke her wrist. In this situation everyone, including the hotel manager were preoccupied by the well being of my wife. The medical first aid the hotel doctor performed was outstanding. All once again, many thanks to the ladies at the front desk and the doctor. All in all, it was a really great vacation and we will definitely be going back again.
