The best hotel since 2005
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis hotel has the best radiance of all hotels we've seen in Turkey.
The all-inclusive offer is incredible.
Looking at the type of guests and the experience we have, we only can be very short, GREAT
Location
Location from airport to hotel is 15-20 minutes drive.
The beach is located directly on the resort.
Shopping facilities in front of the hotel is great. If you like to walk it will take you 5-10 minutes to enter big shopping centers. My advice stay in front of the hotel.
The best service you van think off, starting from Management untill the services on the pool.
Room cleaning is done in a great and very professional way.
If you have any complaints which I doubt, guests relations is there for you.

GREAT GASTRONOMY at all restaurants, quality, services and presentations are really great and professional.
You can drink and eat as much as you can although i have some problems with guests that leaving plates full of food.
Sport & Entertainment
MORE THEN EXCELLENT at all fronts.
Chief animation Ilham Demirel and his staff are creating a great atmosphere and motivation. The animation programs / shows are presented in 4-5 different languages and are SUPERB !
Also we would like to give a big thanks to Emrah Gogebakan because of his compassion and commitment in the animation team !
For the waiters we would like to applause for Yeli Comertoglu who is very passioned with all guests and it's nice to be servered by him.
The best poolman for Delphin Palace is Nahit Sezer, although he is not able to speak different languages, he's very commited to HIS pool and all guests. Always busy and cleaning and making sure that people have a good time.
Last but sure not least I would like to mention Sinasi Ok, the swimming Bar Pool man. Great guy towards all guests and reponsible for providing drinks at the pool.
Room
My experience looking at the room is perfect fit.
Airconditioning is working very good.
Mini-bar is every day re-filled with allot of variances.
Safe is for free and very secured.
