More shine than reality *

All the more disappointed you are, if you are actually in this alleged five star lives. The transportation to and from the hotel was surprised you is, that far and wide no staff einfindet to welcome or just unload at the to help. You had to carry everything to the front desk, also here is more friendly. The suitcases were brought after explicit demand in the room. We had booked the cheapest room category, but also with 225 euros per room/day in the low season powerful overpriced: a view of the garden and the lake, tiny, dark and no balcony. The cleanliness was in order. In the bathroom there were the toiletries, shampoo and body lotion from billigster quality. The hair dryer was a joke, from a tube was a tiny hint, the it was impossible, reasonable hair dryer. Five Stars Hotel? The atmosphere is very nice, everything in the baroque style with Crown molding, and putting green. And feel like you're in Piedmont set during the last century. The fun stops at the pool however again. Allegedly the pool until the beginning of October should be in operation. We arrived on 30 September and because of the beautiful weather and the fact, that the hotel was booked for a conference, we hoped, still be able to swim. We found a green and badly polluted sewer before, the pool should really complain. There were a few guests in the lawn, which certainly would have used the pool, if it would be possible former. It is with the servicegedanken far. Across the street on the beach of the lake is an area covered with greenery, which belongs to the hotel. On the request of my husband, if you don't a lounge chair could only with a shrug of the shoulders and was surprised. Service, what is that? Finally, food, no good news: the dinner, which we took in the framework of a meeting dinners took, was more than disappointing. Bland, boring and without variety. A little ham, ten plates on the table distributed Caprese, pasta, Turkey and fish a little cheaper, that was it. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but everything else was outstanding. It had the typical hard white Italian rolls, otherwise no cakes. Only once hard, darker bread. We'll surely never again in this hotel.
