Best hotel in Switzerland!
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Aclean, interior and exterior in excellent condition, hotel for adults of all ages, shuttle service to/from train station for a fee, excellent and healthy breakfast included in my package, quiet and beautiful setting, excellent amenities in room
Location
excellent part of town, very quiet, overlooking lake, expensive taxi from train station to hotel 25chf with only two small suitcases, 5 minutes to walk to train and bus station
every staff member i came in contact with was very friendly and professional, check in was very quick, gave me lots of helpful information about the surrounding area, excellent knowledge of english
Gastronomy
bountiful and healthy breakfast buffet, very clean
Sport & Entertainment
lap pool was great but a little chilly, lots of towels and items to use at no charge, relaxing, one of the best facials I have ever had!!
Room
excellent size room, quiet, excellent turn down service, bed very comfortable, in room safe was convenient, lots of closets and hangers, seperate shower and tub, lots of amenities of excellent top quality
