A total letdown! *

We stayed as a couple (47.48) in November 2011 for eleven days guest in this hotel and it five star hotel booked. A total letdown! 'Jahn Reisen' has a strange idea of five stars! Maximum 3.5 stars can you. Everything is ancient and total worn. The room had no working tv, therefor after stankt Müff from the air conditioning, the first day was broken. The breakfast ten days only eggs, fruit, jam, bread or bread rolls, no cold cuts, very little cheese. The beach chairs at the beach, ancient, dirty, partly broken, but the staff was very friendly, the people a the pool chairs at any desired location, no beach chairs, it was very good. We both had different days of strong diarrhea although we were only in the hotel anyway. One should carry forward absolutely medicines. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In my view the hotel has a problem in the leadership. On the last day we had no hot water.
