Where's the Disneymagie in this "hotel"? *

When we arrived we were assigned a wrong cabin (1 bedroom instead of 2). The dealing with complaints was a disaster - we were totally unfriendly treated. After negotiations (1.5 hours) we have been really type. I am shocked how unprofessional here rectified. When we checked into our chalet smelled very unpleasant. The size of the house was straightforward but ok ... The house was not clean (crumbs all and dust) The decor was very tired. After the shower had gathered moisture in the hall. The breakfast (per person a Päckchenl Nutella, jam and butter a Crossaint which is their and a Weckchen/one liter of milk and a package orange juice, and instant coffee) not great but ok. The water heater was broken. Another complaint we saved. The cleanliness within the park was ok - there was also a shop was well stocked and the staff was super nice. All in all, however, we were disappointed.
