The hotel offers ample free parking spaces directly at the house. It must be evaluated at the entrance of the hotel with four stars superior and this claim in my eyes it's rating.
As I only had a short stay, I shall be very brief:
very friendly staff (warm welcome upon arrival, personal greeting at the reception and on the phone)
-free internet station in the hotel lobby
very large, newly renovated rooms (safety deposit box, mini bar, flat screen tv) with a very nice bathroom, everything was clean, plenty of toiletries, Lindt bedtime
-clockwork wake-up calls, with personalized salutation
You can thoroughly recommend the hotel. It is to be hoped, that the communication with the guests the 'little personal' compared to other chain hotels should be respected.
