Nice hotel with some flaws *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is nice and quiet in the heart of the Spa park. Car park is free and about 200 meters away from the hotel. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and everything was extremely delicious! The Spa area was very beautifully designed and invited for long staying in! Especially delicious my husband found the Koko chips, on the tables in the Spa ☺ The thermal water and tea bar was great! The following points we found not so great and have us disturbed :-no explanation at the check-in to the situation and to the offer of the Spa area-in the room we found a black thong from the guests before-unfriendly welcome and service at the dinner in the restaurant-low temperatures in the hallways to the Spa area-no information about fancy brew took us a long time to decide, whether we recommend this hotel to. But the positives has, we can recommend it reduced.

Ich entschuldige mich bei Ihnen, dass der Ausfall des Saunaaufgusses nicht an Sie kommuniziert worden ist. Ich kann Ihre Verärgerung darüber gut nachempfinden. Dies darf nicht sein. Jedoch 1 Stunde vor dem eigentlich stattfindenden Saunaaufguss wurde eine Durchsage im Spa gemacht. Dank Ihrem Hinweis werden wir zukünftig zusätzlich nach Aushänge machen - zum Glück kommt dies aber nicht so häufig vor und normalerweise finden alle Aufgüsse wie geplant auch statt.
Was auch nicht sein darf ist, dass Sie von dem vorherigen Gast noch "Dinge" auf Ihrem Zimmer vorfinden. Oh nein, dieser Punkt ist mir sehr arg und ich nehme ihn mir sehr zu Herzen. Ich werde ihn gleich morgen bei unserer Hausdame ansprechen.
Sehr würde ich mich über eine erneute Chance freuen, bei der wir die Möglichkeit haben Ihnen zu zeigen, dass wir auch anders können bzw. das gerade die in anderen Bewertungen beschriebene Freundlichkeit im Restaurant auch wirklich gelebt wird....soooo gerne!
Jetzt drücke ich beide Daumen ganz feste! Hoffentlich auf bald einmal wieder...
