excellent Sílvester in bad brückenau-with great pleasure aga *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAttracted by the new year's Eve offer of the hotel we decided right at short notice, the new year in bad brückenau to spend and spent nice three days in the Rhön. Excellent. Under the motto there was first a six south course menu with fish and meat (was okay-the fish was a little dry)-where the food at the 'regular' days of the quality better and varied was), and Tischfeuerwerk pouring, fireworks outside as well as disco until around 6:00 o'clock (the DJ was great!). Nice-really further recommendable. The wide breakfast was the first January until 14:00 o'clock. Great idea. The other days spent as a result of the wellness area, in the various saunas, steam room and swimming pools is not a lot to be desired. Good. A small downer was the room service on 02 January-the only not to us. When we arrived at the half cleaning staff tagged, promised this, our room to make immediately. The first well (something everyone can be overlooked), but it was unfortunately not-towels were only partially filled up. Not so great, if you are coming out of the shower in the bathroom wet stuffing coming helitrope says. We keep hearing this in check out at the front desk note-has been taken and should. Verden passed no apology no nothing the complaint behavior has been completely contrary to the otherwise so friendly and professional service of the hotel. A shame.' with the exception of this detail we had a good time spent in the hotel. We will be back!

Oh nein...., wie unangenehm! Bitte entschuldigen Sie unser Versehen Ihr Zimmer nicht mit der entsprechenenden Handtücheranzahl bestückt zu haben. Was mir auch eine echte Herzensangelegenheit ist, ist unser Verhalten Ihnen gegenüber bei Abreise. Denn wie Sie selbst sagen - uns sind Rückmeldungen unserer Gäste sehr wichtig. Ganz gleich, ob über das Internet, oder ausgefüllte Gästefragbögen, oder direkte Rückmeldungen im Hotel - diese "Fäden" laufen bei mir zusammen.
In Ihrem Falle würde ich gerne eine Schulung bei uns vornehmen, doch leider habe ich Ihren Vornamen nicht bei uns im System gefunden.
