Very good but wireless should be standard. *

Wireless Internet is very expensive (economy package for 5 €1 hour Internet includes), this was very annoying, as I was dependent on the Internet.
The entrance to the second, the rear parking garage was very cramped and unfortunately, we have been very late, that it is precisely this second underground parking too.
The lobby bar was understaffed, which meant we were served first after ten minutes. This was very annoying.
Positive emphasis:
The beautiful pool and sauna area.
The friendly and helpful staff.
The cleanliness of the entire building.
The delicious and extensive breakfast with very good coffee.

Liebe Gast,es ist schade, dass Sie mit einigen Dingen nicht ganz zufrieden waren.
Sicherlich haben SIe den Gästecomputer im Erdgeschoss übersehen. Dieser hat einen kostenfreien Internetzugang.
Unsere Bar im Eingangsbereich ist nicht ständig besetzt. Aus diesem Grund befinden sich auf jedem Tisch Aufsteller mit dem Hinweis, Bestellungen bitte über die Hotelrezeption aufzugeben.
