Relax - weekend
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AEvery year we stay one night at the hotel. This year was the 3the year. The hotel is very clean, the staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. We always have diner at the hotel, it's a nice restaurant and the food is good. The Spa is also very nice, a swimming pool, sauna, massage and jacuzzi. We have a nine year old son and he adores the swimming pool. Our room was nice, the staff had placed an extra bed for our son. The bathroom has everything it needs, even a hairdryer. In the morning you can make your own fresh coffee at your room. The garage is also very nice. You can park your car en get into the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel. We'll get back.

Location
By tram you take number 3 or 4 to Neuemark and the tram stops in the middle of the center. A lot off shops, nice restaurants and off course not to mis, the Dom. A beautiful church inside as well as outside.
The staff is friendly. Spoken languages are mostly German and English. The rooms are very clean and there is everything you need. It is also quiet, there is no noise at the corridors, the elevators are new and clean. Because we always stay for 1 night, we don't use the laundry service.
Gastronomy
Breakfast is excellent, all kinds of bread, cereals, fresh fruit, baked food, cooked food, all kinds of drinks. The bar is also very nice to relax. It's a nice place where one can smoke. The wine is very good, expensive but good.
At the dining room we always have our diner. When there are a lot off guests, it can take a while before you get your food. But the food is good and the price is nice. Here also the staff is friendly.
Sport & Entertainment
The swimming pool is very nice, relaxing and a beautiful surround. The jacuzzi is very good and for them who want it a little warmer, there is also a sauna. Here also it is very clean.
Room
We had a double room with an extra bed. Nice clean room. View on the main street. Nice furniture, TV, coffee machine (always nice in the morning) a clean and nice bathroom. Only the pillows were not as thick as we like them to be, but this is mostly a problem in every hotel. It is a nice quiet hotel with an excellent garage.
Tips and recommendations
We always stay at this hotel around Christmas time. The last 3 years we always had fine weather (considering the time of year). If you don't want to get out, there is a lot to do at the hotel. You can enjoy your breakfast, take a swim in the pool relax in the sauna or jacuzzi, have a drink at the bar and if you consider to get out, the tram stops just before the hotel and brings you to the center of the shops, restaurants etc...
