Two nights at the gates of Manhattan *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANow the hotel is surrounded by twice as high skyscrapers. Next door is attached. You can hear but little as there is no windows to open ... The welcome with lukewarm, Addictive cookies is very welcoming. Everything in good condition, we had just bed, you can have breakfast and dinner. International guests.
Location
The area in Jersey City is certainly not as cozy but ideal for Manhattan visitors as the path (a Art metro) in just a few minutes away by foot and therefore in 10 minutes. Could be at Ground Zero. Shopping center nearby. Bars and entertainment possibilities are not within walking distance.
The friendly staff helped us with all of our questions and promptly. Room cleaning okay.

Pleasant decor and amenities. 2 Flat screen TV, coffee maker with daily coffee and tea, refrigerator, safe, telephone, trouser press, seating area and desk. The bathroom is quite large with a bath and hair dryer.
Tips and recommendations
The PATH station is a 5-8 minutes away. You didn't stop 10 minutes for 1.75 USD to Ground Zero. The outlet center Jersey Garden is with a shuttle from the hotel in about 30 - 45 minutes away (with pick-up to desired appointment 100 USD). Almost right in front of the door is a supermarket. The drive from downtown Newark Airport also took 25-35 minutes and costs by taxi 50 USD.
