Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery disappointed with comfort plus room, third floor, room 313, booked over Neckermann, lower standard. When we arrived, our room was directly in front of a construction of unpleasant livinghigh rise building. Connecting rooms, all the noises from the adjoining room were to be heard. The next day move in room 303, a bit better, but same view. Balcony door couldn't be opened, because of road noise, emissions from kitchen and road. Each night three o'clock trash in the hotel Alley, directly under our balcony, loudly. The air conditioner was very loud. Badezimmerbeleutung very dark, the water in the bathtub ran. Bedsteads worn, balcony dull, no comfort plus! For a renovated room with pool view we would have 18 euros surcharge pay per day. It is highly recommended to fully the cancel announcment to respect and ask at the hotel before.
