Convenient and friendly

The location couldn't be any more convenient, only 50 steps away from the Interlaken-Ost train station, right on the river that connects the 2 lakes on either side of Interlaken. Hotel staff spoke very good English and helped me book a ticket on the Jungfrau railway so that you don't have to wait in lines later. They let me park my bag after check-out so that I could spend the day in the mountains and pickup my baggage afterward. The rooms were the biggest I had in Switzerland and included coffee/tea maker like in the US. All other hotels I stayed at did not have this. True, the trains are close to the hotel, but at night there are very few of them. Sleeping was not a problem. I was very pleased with my 2 night stay there.
