Large plant, great family vacation *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn principle we loved this hotel and especially the large area was very good. The food was varied and very good taste. We especially liked the possibility the other restaurants of the 4-star hotels in the area to be able to use.
The staff was so helpful. However, we had a problem at the front desk, that there is a lack not immediately, but it was forgotten. The second point is immediately.
The beach and the pool were very clean and attractive. Generally there were always enough beach chairs at the pool and the beach available. Also the towels for the beach chairs were in very good condition.
The entertainment offered all day a varied program. They seemed at the same time not pushy.
In the hotel there were about 60% East Europeans, which except for a small number of Russian guests, not.
The safe was quite expensive for a rent three euros per day.
At the bar and the restaurant a tip is appropriate. (Special effort was the lady, the sandwiches at the beach prepared and in a friendly way. taught Bulgarian words)
Overall the hotel is definitely well worth a positive recommendation.
