Historic Hotel in silent location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is a member of the historic hotels in the USA and has also a certain charm. The typical New England style, in the nice rocking chairs on the long balcony.
It is very dependent on the car. In the immediate vicinity there is a golf course and a dense forest. The hotel has a restaurant. The staff are all nice and friendly. The rooms are, by the age due charming, but quite small. But everything is very clean and well maintained. In the lobby there is a small shop, with painkillers, toilets artikle, postcards and T-shirts. There is a computer with free Internet access in the lobby.
For shopping and restaurants, you should to North Conway, there is also a large supermarket, a larger outlet and a historic train station. The hotel is located on the route to Mount Washington, the other routes for hiking near the way.
We had a pleasant stay. The area is beautiful landscaping.
