No SLH hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe are now 4 days at the Eagles Palace and from the moment we arrived the opinion that it the usual quality of SLH hotels in any way. The room on the website well presented, allow more for a 4/stars hotel close. After our complaint, that the room was presented on the website, totally different neamlich more like a room in the style of a Ritz Carlton, we were shown 3 other rooms, all the same. than a 4 . Rooms were shown a junior suite, a bit bigger with saying it be a charge of Euro 180,00 per day, otherwise you must stay with this room. After its insistence on quantifiable success negative comments at all, we were after 3 hour wait!!! They sent us to a room that was the the website. This room was 1 . Very dirty, the whole floor sticky, 2 . The blankets musty, 3. The cups in the shower for shampoo sagging, 4. The nespresso/machine inefficient ( apart from costs an espresso made Euro 4,00). 5 . The first two beach chairs on the beach were broken, more beach chairs were alright, unfortunately you can't stomach beach chairs there, the upper part of the beach chair in the stomach drills, so very uncomfortable, 5. We were according to good hotel manier at the first evening a fish to Euro 90,00 offered, with the words 100gramm cost Euro 9.00 when we asked arrived 2 of us staying in Euro 90,00. I travel exclusively in SLH hotels and have to say that this hotel is at best a Viersternehaus, the house itself is old, and it shows everywhere. BTW, after our request to the general manager speak, we got never saw her is it even there? Unfortunately generally no professional performance.
