Super, super, super *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery beautiful hotel. Much wood, typically Austria, as we like it. The hotel wasn't too large and also not too small. We had 3/4 comfort hotel and it was perfectly sufficient. As small drawback the entrance to the underground parking led directly past the terrace.
The children's game area should be larger. But for that it was also no kids hotel. But all, also the children were cordially welcome.
Rental bikes, which were in a best condition. Small gym with good equipment, but here descriptions would have to be attached. Hairdresser salon was also in the hotel.
Location
A very beautiful area with good shopping possibilities of all kinds. Ideal for hiking, there were a great many taverns and relatively cheap.
A very friendly hotel with family management. They were efficient with each request. Great hikes led by Grandpa Hettegger.
Gastronomy
Food tasty and visually totally best. Everything clean, variety, also theme buffets. As criticism to mention here, a 0,4l Spezzi cost 4.40 € that was much too expensive.
Sport & Entertainment
Relatively very beautiful, large indoor swimming pool, likewise in a very good condition. Particularly to mention the Almbar, which was for us an obligation program. The spa area was in our opinion not ideally arranged. In the still area also the whirlpool, which was not a wise selection. The saunas actually were not too small, that was good. Very large beauty area, which was open for all wishes. Bad appointment planning, definitely from at home already plan the appointments.
Room
Very beautiful and above all clean room, but in the rooms clearly for us too warm, despite turned off heat in November. Very beautiful functional bathroom, with large shower, everything which one needed in a bathroom was available and clean, also the daily cleaning. Backpack and umbrella, bathrobes in the room available. A long shoehorn would be helpful.
Tips and recommendations
Price-performance ratio super. We always waited for the hooks, but none came. The Hotel Edelweiss was really recommendable. We will come back certainly once again.
