Hotel Eden? *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Friday we wanted to spend a weekend in Karlsruhe. The hotel we booked through a travel agent. If you believe the website of the hotel, is a well-maintained, even if basic Hotel.
After the first room I had to go, I changed my mind. Thick black hair in the bathroom, stains on the mattress and hair. After my complaint I was given another room the only thing that had changed, the room number was. There were the same shortcomings. No schoner on the mattress, holes in sheets, mildew in the bathroom! On my complaint was very rude response. We checked out immediately and we were looking for a different Hotel, which for the same amount a much better price/performance ratio had to offer.
