Never again at the Hotel Eden rock *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANever again! Not a nice holiday in this dirty, partly versifftem hotel, the cleanliness and hygiene were a disaster. On arrival I was a 'better' room with sea view available at an additional charge of €proTag five-practice appears in this family-run Hotel. Furthermore, there was a fridge in the room cost €per day two, safe €per day-two already for 63 €per room per week extra! The air conditioning was broken the whole week, and temperatures of 30° with 35° up! The technician was allegedly ill! (According to notice in the hotel the air conditioning ten €per day, I was not charged but). Fixtures and drain in the tiny bathroom disgusting and dirty (see pictures), curtains in the room were torn. The service was very bad, the drinks (usually warm), you had to get yourself at the pool bar. Empty glasses and cups were only cleared away from the tables hours later, the kids of the owners only sat around or plan with the guests at the pool. It is happened, that a guest beer (0.5) from a large number of broached doses in the glass was re-filled. Bought drinks in the hotel you could not eat in the pool area. The breakfast was juice in plastic bottles filled. Safety pool : (water depth up 2.70 metres). The pool was no evidence (swimmers/non-swimmers) and no supervision, the lifebelt was somewhere under a table
Conclusion
The Hotel Eden rock/on Crete ierapetra can definitely be recommended to anyone.
