It is unfortunately rather new building built and expanded, rather than having to invest the money in the existing and to renovate. You can tell unfortunately, that it the largest hotel on Rarotonga is (mass). The leisure offer is OK but unfortunately also not very well maintained. The beach is but without words. Very beautiful and very clean.
