Cordon Bleu *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThursday, 5 November 2009, I as a guest in the restaurant and I order 3DL Dôle and a cordon bleu. Wine cost CHF 14,10 but was brought in a glass, it reminded of this from the last century. Wine offered corresponding not specifically. The cordon bleu frîtes with fries and vegetables, price CHF 29,50, reminded more of a Hamburger outside without bread, as a cordon bleu. Inside it was raw and could not be eaten. On my complaint at the waiters and a woman-probably the hostess-it has been pointed out, the whole process again in the pan arm. Thanked my warmest, fries and the vegetables were cold. then So the cook prepared I ate once, as far as they could. If you wanted to offer me a cup of coffee at the close, from a discount was never mentioned. I proposed that the coffee from, the very high price paid and stressed, that a chef that should not happen. If there is not the former is Hilfskoch. This establishment is of me never again and I would recommend it.
