Good Hotel, with small drawbacks, top *

We booked this hotel through TUI booked a tiny double room, which was rather a good single room former would be. At the first wash your hands when we arrived, I felt a towel with a centimeter long. 15 about a crack in the hand. We had expected rather not. After our complaint we got a new towel, but the size of the room did you covered. Only against extra charge we could have another room. The bottom line is that you can come to the opinion, that the many Swiss guests preferential treatment (BIE rooms and the seating). The food is top notch.
