I can confirm everything - all the extreme drawbacks that the previous tourists have said about this hotel. After one night we moved to Iberostar (just fresh renovated). We had to confirm Melia Menzel in written form, in order no to file a complaint by the travel agent, otherwise we had to wait to pay cancellation penalty for three days. The only cheekiness! Regards to the booker- and Jahn-travels which still always offer the hotel!
