Hotel was very clean & chic equipped. However, the room was missing a window for ventilation or a balcony. The location was very good, five minutes there were to the beach and the hotel is located right in the middle of the fifth avenue of with many shops, restaurants & bars. The included breakfast was very sparse and must be taken in the adjacent restaurant. Was promised a breakfast buffet, has received each person a court is really very sparse. After the order was waiting always had to wait a long time (30 minutes up). For those beach from the hotel free beach chairs available in a beach club. Unfortunately you beach chairs during the high season only this for a minimum consumption. Now already more often in Playa del Carmen former and the hotel can only recommend it...
