To expensive for that service: noisy, small rooms, no breakfast included, small social area.

Although they say it's save, there are beggars in the streets in the evening.
They don't speak english. The room was dirty. They don't offer any service.

The rooms are small, and dirty. The telephone did not work. The ventilator was noisy and through the day, they worked loudly in the lobby.
