Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Aa really good hotel with limitations at the service. The staff at the front desk was a bit 'rough', a name was not found and the friendliness was not worth five stars. The largest joke was the service at the breakfast. They set the tables on the terrace just fresh and we sat on the terrace. Unfortunately the tables on the salt and pepper shakers. Our request for this one came ten minutes! Not long after, so that the things from another table inside yourself. When someone with salt and pepper shakers came, looked at us wrong, because we already had gotten. At the clearing a waiter a knife fell down, it was during the period, we sat at the breakfast (about 45 minutes) not.
The car was driven by the staff in the parking garage. Unfortunately, there seems to be not Autimatikgetrieben lost, the selector remained in position D, so that we had wondered, why the car with the check out not started.

Sehr geehrter Alf,danke, daß Sie sich die Mühe gemacht haben unser Haus zu bewerten.
In unserem Hotel gibt es mehrere schöne Sonnenterrassen. Da das Wetter in Mitteleuropa sehr unterschiedlich ist und innerhalb eines Tages von Sonne in Regen und umgekehrt umschlagen kann, muss der Service sehr flexibel sein und sich dieser Situation sofort anpassen. Ein Mise en place ist da nur bedingt möglich. Sollten die Mitarbeiter das Aufstellen der Menagen nicht rechtzeitig geschafft haben möchte ich mich dafür entschuldigen.
Verwundert bin ich über ihre Aussage, dass der Schalthebel in Position D gewesen sein soll ... kriegt man doch den Zündschlüssel bei Automatikfahrzeugen nur in der Position P herausgezogen?!
