Great getaway, would definitely recommend this one! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe went with a group of friends for two nights. We are thrilled by the service of the hotel. Since we had procedures, a short call downstairs in the hotel and we were friendly and long-distance moves from the parking lot at the bottom of the town with speedy (scooter) picked up. Already alone this experience on the journey will be remembered for a long time ☺. The rooms were clean, fully equipped for our needs. Throughout the hotel are friendly, helpful, nice, entertaining staff met. We sat in the evening until late into the night inside at the bar and had some nice chats with the staff (got tips about the area). We wandered from the hotel to the bastei high, back down, made a steamshop ride to Dresden (about 2. five h), a stroll with delicious food at the Spanish (Las TAPAS) and took the train (about 30 minutes.) back to 21:00-rathen and viewed from 22:00 o'clock the lights in rathen (highly recommendable) fountain, took the ferry over and the evening in the hotel bar. We toured the Sunday the miniature train area-garden in rathen and relaxing at the Klangterrasse (half-hourly music). At the end of our trip we wandered in five minutes from rathen up to the panoramic restaurant with a view to the rocks, lovely in the sunshine. A relaxing weekend then went to the end.
