Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Aufgrund der dicken Mauern, gab es Schwierigkeiten mit dem Empfang des Babyphones. Wir konnten antstandslos die Telefonleitung als "Baby-Hotline" verwenden und wurden bei Bedarf von der Rezeption informiert. Da wir über einen sehr günstigen Anbieter buchten, war der Preis o. k., der offizielle Zimmerpreis (209€ ohne Frühstück für das Doppelzimmer), ist doch recht happig. Für Frühstücksbuffet sind 20€ pro Person fällig, fürs Parken nochmal 13€ tgl.
