Nice small hotel right on the beautiful beach *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Eliros Mare is a nice small hotel right on the long sandy beach about 4 km from Georgioupolis. The whole area is newly decorated and is very welcoming. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the minimal staff evenings at the hotel bar, where there may be waiting time from over 10 minutes. A bit disconcerting remains the fact that you for the beach chairs (2 beach chairs plus umbrella 6 € must be paid. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, as well as in the beautiful Georgioupolis some nice taverns and restaurants. 30 Minutes to the party to Rethymno drive away. In summary the Eliros Mare is a hotel to relax and feel good with almost exclusively German guests.
