Very good hotel with excellent service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was very comfortable. The rooms, as well as the rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Minor complaints were taken immediately and the problem was fixed. The front desk spoke good English, if you speak no Spanish. The service staff, as well as the restaurant staff only spoke little or no English, but it wasn't't a problem. You knew, what you wanted and were extremely helpful and accommodating. Diagonally opposite the hotel there is the Bodeguita Del Monte, which is very recommendable. A small, charming restaurant with an excellent cuisine. The tapas and small parts you have to try them. Also the wine was very good. The lemon sorbet and Huevos Moles are very or for dessert to be recommended. Wonderful botanical garden in the Tafira can be reached very quickly by car and there is easy access to the different motivations for hikes in the mountains. We will choose this hotel at the next visit surely again.
