It was very good, now just good with drawbacks *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were in this year on the public holidays in Esperanto. It was good but not very good. As already described by other guests, the service was not written a four-star hotel accordingly. Several months in advance for a reservation transacted in the restaurant was Toro Negro, quiet, just one night shifts. Services, the inclusive, double charged out again and added to the final bill, but then again charged. Everything was quite chaotic. The rooms were a bit worn, loose hooks on the closet and bathroom and sink isolated, here seems to be saved. The structure of the guests was mixed, were this year the many Jogginganzüge with flip-flops and shorts with the breakfast, not something for the eye in a four-star hotel. Otherwise Sauna excellent with great plus and very friendly staff.

Wir bedauern außerordentlich, dass Sie bei diesem Aufenthalt nicht mit allen Leistungen zufrieden waren. Dafür möchten wir uns in aller Form bei Ihnen entschuldigen.
Bitte gestatten Sie uns zu Ihren Kritikpunkten eine kurze Stellungnahme:
Bezüglich der Zimmereinrichtung (lockerer Haken an der Garderobe, Riss im Waschbecken) wäre es sicherlich sinnvoll gewesen dies vor Ort an der Rezeption zu melden. Der Haken wäre kurzfristig erneuert worden oder Sie hätten gegebenenfalls ein neues Zimmer beziehen können.
Um Fehlbuchungen bei der Rechnungserstellung zu vermeiden erhalten Sie vor der Endrechnung in der Regel immer eine Kontrollrechnung um eventuelle Fehlbuchungen auf der Zimmerrechnung zu korrigieren.
Selbstverständlich gibt es Gäste die sich, während des Urlaubs, im Jogginganzug wohl fühlen und so zum Frühstück gehen weil Sie vielleicht gleich danach eine Massage haben. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir zum Mittag- und Abendessen eine „Kleiderregelung“ haben, nicht jedoch beim Frühstück oder außerhalb der Restaurantzeiten.
