Light and shade with top-breakfast *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe location is as often in the train station and close to public transport and on the outer edge of the city center. Not centrally located but in order. We booked the hotel before a Kreufahrt from Rome and there was light and shade.
The size of the double room was an impertinence, the bed about 10-30 centimeter to the cabinet, table, wall. The bed only about 1.90 long, since my husband was not fully fit and the feet stretched almost the closet if prejudice. The furniture and decor was nice. Our large luggage for the cruise we could gladly use in the narrow corridor parking unpack it is impossible. The closet was so narrow and small, would have a maximum of three pants that fit in. As was the bathroom. It was of a high standard but with about two square meter just mini and cramped. The hybrid batteries at the sink and in the shower were not working properly and the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
An absolute positive thing was the beautiful winter garden on the roof with a great breakfast and not only for Italian conditions was outstanding. Great cheeses from Italy, very good meat platters, cereals, egg dishes, cakes, bread rolls, etc. The great view from the winter garden in Rome was then still the candy.
Overall the hotel is for people with little luggage suitable and highly recommended, especially the breakfast is really rare in Rome to get. The hotel but we wouldn't book any more than that, but our second Rome (del Corso) Hotel prefer, since this central and the rooms were bigger.
