Basic - but clean and centrally located *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Red Roof is centrally located in Chinatown Washington. We stayed for two nights as part of a multi-leg trip. Within walking distance are many restaurants and fast food branches available. Down on the street there is a supermarket/drugstore, where you could buy drinks and snacks at the same time could buy a shower gel for 99 cents ready to provide, if you own in the hotel the night before forgot; -) Also shopping near the hotel no problem, thanks Macy's, H&M and various other shops. Attractions, such as the "white house" are within walking distance (10-15 minutes. ) and of course, the Capitol are within walking distance (25-30 minutes. ).If you have walking difficulties-->subway stops near the hotel The rooms are simply furnished, but the decor is adequate and our room was clean. The bathroom was clean.
