A very charming hotel but unfortunately not does what it says on the tin on the Internet. Due to the poor occupancy (statement of the receptionist) the restaurant was closed and the bar, a substitute was offered in the village, but may replace a good internal restaurant, even more so, than the booked offer a wild dinner included (corner Banca package) the pizzeria hardly in a good quality service can be offered. Because of our complaint the hotel arranged our transfer to the hotel bodmi in grindelwald which for us was connected with tape therefor the holidays but still left to be a success.
