Also - wieder da .. als Wiederholungstäter - eigentlich nicht viel neues .. aber eben dass ist dass Problem - es hat sich nichts verbessert in einem Jahr - Personal am Check in unbedarft und eher "Empgang beim Check in im Krankenhaus.." also "bare necesseties ... und sonst nix - kein "Willommen" oder .. nach Bezahlen von rund 4000 Euro nach einer Woche - kommen Sie wieder/hats gefallen ? oder so .. Servierpersonal am Tisch nett aber nicht firm - Weinkarte am 4 Tag unseres Aufenthalts stark dezimiert - im Sinne von "den kriegen wir erst nächste Woche wieder.." hmmm und dass in der stärksten Woche des Jahres ...
Aussenpool eindeutig zu kalt für Kinder (aber auch für Große) gemessene 25 Grad ... leider war das Wetter furchtbar in usnerer Woche und daher auch die Sauna & Wellnessabteilung zum Teil heillos überfüllt... Wie gesagt der Poolberreich ist auch indoors dann zu kalt für Kinder.. daher wenig Alternative im Hotel ...
Dass Internet heute noch mit 10 Euro für 50 Mb verrechnet wird ist tatsächlich eine Abzocke ....
Also für rund 4000.- für 2 erwachsene und 2 Kids (ohne Skipass) für HP ... ist es einfach zu teuer - und wie auch letztes Jahr ist von einer aktiven Führung nichts zu spüren ...
PS: Und weil ich`S einfach loswerden muss ... die Dame an der "Eistation am Morgen" - hat irgendwann verlernt zu lächeln und das ein sipmles Guten Morgen gar nicht sooo schwierig ist ...
