Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AConcurrently with we arrived 11 November was the outdoor area of the hotel area preparations. Inside everything. The hotel is however, if at all, insufficient heated. If you want to use the beautiful exterior installation with, none! The pool and beach bars closed, opportunities to sit only poorly. The pool area were stagnant water Beck and pumped with Speerbändern secured, all of the required Sicherheitin sporadic lighted grounds to ensure. We were told, these wärein this time normal. But in the same period last year in the sister hotel (hotel fame residence Kemer) completely opposite experience. This was the reason, this hotel chain again to book. Fame is unfortunately more than for those we are not more in question.

Sehr geehrter Gast,Bezüglich der angesprochenen Punkte möchten wir Ihnen als Hotel Management einige Informationen über die Service Leistungen in den Wintermonaten geben.
Laut den Vertägen, die mit den Reiseunternehmen abgeschlossen werden, beginnt jedes Jahr ab dem 01. November offiziell die Winter Saison. Das bedeutet, dass alle Aussenanlagen nicht mehr geöffnet sind. Dies sollte keine Überraschung mehr sein, wenn man das Hotel aus dem Winterkatalog gebucht hat.
Der Leistungsträger ist sich darüber im klaren, welche Dienstleistungen je nach Saison laut den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen einzuhalten sind. Und als Hotel hoffen wir dass unsere Gäste, sich über die gebotenen Leistungen im voraus auch informieren.
