We stayed at the hotel frozen *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AExcept the rooms, everything was very cold, which meant we were freezing! We have a number of times with the looking after guests and at the front desk reported, but this was hopeless. Have put together a lot of TUI guests and 'mutinied' lo and behold, there was even warm in the dining room. Our guide Orhan has done a lot to encourage the guests, technically a very competent Mr. Outdoor swimming pools were empty and in the area nothing more Los, which at the next door hotels the case. The presentation of the food was very good, but most of it was cold (unfortunately). There was chicken and turkey to 80-90% in all variations, unfortunately we have stayed in two weeks time only 1 boiled beef. The food was horrible, so we have never experienced anything like that. Otherwise the staff was, with one exception (a Turkish guests advisor frequently shouted the guests) were all very friendly.
