Top stay at the comfortable hotel on new year's Eve *

We stayed over new year's Eve guests in the hotel and spent a short ski vacation there. Already at arrival we were greeted very friendly and personally delivered to the room. Each dinner is a member of the hotel family to the table and asked about impression and improvements. The food was excellent. It inspired us every day. The check-in process was a pleasure (8-course) excellent. The decoration of the hotel (especially for new year's Eve) was absolutely stunning and with much attention to detail. The wellness area with saunas, steam baths and swimming pool are well maintained and clean. The room was also clean and friendly equipped. The lift is not very far away and we were able to the valley and the thermal baths (Roman bath) of the room. From our room we had a great view over bad kleinkirchheim. The hotel offered sufficiently covered parking spaces and a ski room, with ski boot heating. Conclusion: absolutely recommendable thrilled by the friendliness and warmth of the staff/owners and would not hesitate to stay there again.
