Das Hotel ist zu schnell zu groß geworden und das Hotelpersonal ist damit völlig überfordert. Wartezeit bevor das gebuchte Zimmer fertig ist im Schnitt 2-3 Stunden. Bei Reklamation bekommt man patzige Antworten. Versprechen das Gepäck auf das neue Zimmer zu bringen werden nicht gehalten und völlig unqualifiziertes Personal an der Rezeption.
(bis auf einen Mitarbeiter). Mülleimer in der Anlage werden nicht geleert. Tische im Wartebereich an der Rezeption völlig verdreckt. Toiletten dort sind nicht benutzbar. Wichtig : nicht darauf einlassen, wenn Zimmer 17 angeboten wird. Dieses Zimmer ist nicht mal einen Stern wert. Handtücher sind nicht richtig gewaschen (Flecken).
