Coffee-quality *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe espresso-coffee will cost at least two of four stars; without milk you can see through to the bottom and with 2-3 drops milk you have a bright mixture; the quality of the coffee is good for German tourists, but for a mature letzklassig drinkers absolutely. The toilet door to the toilet-shell struck at and about 60 degrees to open; that is to say a bit corpulent one could not enter the toilet! The wellness-offer is not available, except a sauna with space for 2-3 persons is nothing.

Sehr geehrter Herr Franz,es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie den Kaffee bei uns nicht genießen konnten! Wie Sie richtig schildern, wird der Kaffee nicht all zu stark angeboten (auf Wunsch vieler Gäste haben wir dies bereits vor einem Jahr umgestellt), zumindest nicht jener vom Kaffeevollautomat beim Frühstück. Der stärkere Filterkaffee ist daher zusätzlich zum anderen Kaffeangebot (Cappoccino, Latte, Expresso, etc.) vorhanden. Gerne hätten wir Ihnen, sofern Sie uns darüber informiert hätten, den Expresso von der Tages-Kaffeemaschine angeboten, nur leider haben Sie Ihr Anliegen nicht an uns weitergegeben, worauf wir ansonsdten gerne regiert hätten.
Wir bedauern es sehr, dass der Kaffee, abgesehen alles anderen, für Sie ausschlaggebend war, unser Haus als "schlecht" zu bewerten, obwohl Sie, wie Sie selbst urteilten, unser Haus der gebuchten Ausschreibung entsprochen hat!
