Hotel Festa Pomorie Resort

The location is quiet exactly as described in the catalog. Directly in front of the beach there was a beach bay, and a little further comes Zoologische Garten lie within walking a long beach. The beach was cleaned every evening. For 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella cost we paid 7.50 per day acceptable we have stayed somewhere else paid more. Otherwise there was overall hardly what was where you do, there were a few small stores where you could buy clothes, but no more than that.

The food is actually there was no service. Drinks you had to get yourself. And you never asked if you want to. There were different service present, which also had had enough time to serve the people, just as the hotel was not full.

The food is truly amazing, so you probably won't get full but don't do it particularly taste. There were hardly any variation, it always looked like that would have been the leftovers thrown together in front. Partly the food was not very warm, but after I complained again, were all right, or heated temperature. There were plenty of food that was closer to the taste of the locals or Russian taste was laid out. What really bothered us a lot was offered for breakfast no cocoa, we're not drink coffee drinkers and our daughter gladly cocoa, but it was simply not available.

Entertainment at the pool there was simply not. There were always two children's pool, but they didn't have particularly done. Also otherwise usual entertainment possibilities such as darts, archery or something there was not. The pool itself was cleaned every morning and was always clean. Which we did bothered me was that the pool chairs at the pool were so always be reserved with hand towels and there's really no chance to get had some, the hotel didn't against done.

The rooms are quite spacious, and nicely decorated. But the room service is really to be desired. The beds were made and towels were changed every day, even if like us sand in the room was cleaned spread, but that's about it. Our little girl us chocolate on the sheets and the bedding was the day still mood. However the balconies are strongly polluted covered in bird. In many parts of the hotel are swallows nests which is not disturb the fececs but could be wiped off from the hotel staff.

In reception there is only one lady who speaks German, the rest is just Russian or broken English. The manager speaks fluently German. This was our 3rd Stay in Bulgaria, but if the first would have been we probably won't wiedergekehrt. Tip, if you want to go to Bulgarian then Sunny Beach.
