Great winter escape
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA very good way to celebrate a white Christmas. Very friendly staff and Christmas carols on Christmas Eve was a special family touch. Very close to ski shops and ski lifts. Prefect snow and ski facilities (if you're a beginner then best ski at Kaprun - Zell Um Sea has great slopes but can be a bit terrifying for a 1st time skier). Will definitely come back here for more skiing. Hotel had good breakfast (we ventured out for dinner). Rooms were clean. Very small lift, but usable and good ski drying room. Overall, a really nice family experience even with older teenage children (17 & 19).
