Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe heating/air conditioning didn't work. The double rooms were taken by any Ray, therefore the room very cold. The room cleaning left a lot to be desired, the quantities of dust bunnies under the bed were already on our arrival and were for days. The atmosphere and the furnishings in the first two days cold to lukewarm (meat, vegetables, pasta, potatoes). Dessert bowls from 20:00 empty o'clock neither filled up once cleared, not especially appetizing sight! These two things improved however. This supplement is payable locally was very good. All in all not really 4 star like. There was also no questionnaires of the hotel, which normally is usual everywhere!
