Hotel Forest Park

The beach was a good stretch from the hotel, but with the free trolley service (sometimes also in jeep..very fun) no problem at all, to reach it. The beach in October was already empty and a more than pleasant holiday area. The beach was gravelly....but then we weren't so sandy..so everything had its advantages and disadvantages.

Very personal and extremely friendly, but never pushy service. The service of the hotel was a real attraction asset and worth at least 6 suns.

Country typical food, very good quality, quantity always enough, no one had to go hungry at the buffet. Very good and communicative atmosphere in the dining room

Sport and entertainment were not especially important ... but we also didn't want them. The pool was middle size, adapted to the size of the hotel, always very clean and well-kept.....I enjoyed the still pool with a view of the mountains and the forest always. Internet access available.

To the "old" condition of the room I didn't give a rating, since the hotel was now in the middle of a large renovation. The furniture was for a 3 star hotel completely sufficient and the rooms were very well-kept.

The price-performance ratio at my travel time was ideal and almost not to beat at this price. Also the prices at the hotel for food and drinks were more than human.
