Wir waren unter den letzten Gästen dieser Saison. Das Hotel ist in schlechtem Zustand und wird geschlossen, damit es renoviert werden kann. Alles war schon in Aufbruchstimmung. Das einzige Highlight des Hotels (der Wellnessbereich) lag brach. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Wir kennen auch schon die neuen Preise für die Zeit nach der Renovierung: diese wurden fast verdoppelt. Manager Herr Otto wünscht sich laut seinen Aussagen ein "besseres Publikum" als Gäste für das Hotel und würde am liebsten ganz auf GTI, LMX & Co verzichten. Ginge es nach ihm, könnte man das Hotel nur noch über die hauseigene Reiseagentur in Aschaffenburg buchen.
Für unseren Geschmack und Geldbeutel ist dies für das Gebotene leider nicht machbar. Für solches Geld buchen wir im nächsten Jahr mal lieber gleich vier Sterne Plus mit AI wovon es in der Türkei reichlich genug Angebote gibt.
Für die großen Pläne des kleinen Hotels am Waldrand wünschen wir dennoch frohes Gelingen und drücken die Daumen. Vielleicht wirds ja nochmal was.
