Top hotel in North Scotland *

On our trip in Scotland we arrived at the Forss Country House, which is an old seat of Landadligen, that was converted to a hotel. The hotel is located in a small forest near the sea and a wonderful river (Fischerparadies). We were extremely thrilled from all of its charm and decor this venerable piles. The whole hotel had been treated delicately renovated and equipped with the latest technology. We had a room, that a separate corridor and which easily with many 2 1 /5 bedroom unit. Next to free standing bathroom and modern shower also had a nice sofa and a comfy king-size bed, antique cabinets and preparation, and as I said ... Tons of room (approx. 40 m2). For us, it was the best hotel in otherwise overpriced and from the tourist standard it is rather miserable Scotland. Very highly recommended ! PS: The fish in the restaurant is excellent and comes from the river and the sea below the hotel.
