Nice holiday with some small flaws *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had booked a junior luxury suite with balcony or terrace. The room was allocated to us for a luxury suite rather small and there was no balcony, or terrace. The view was of a brick wall. We felt more like in the basement... As a substitute terrace one has a sort of courtyard with Baustellenatmosphäre without plants or other nice details offered. We wanted a different room. The staff was and immediately fulfilled our wish, we got an apartment, the equipment was worse. It had two balconies, but even here, the view not exhilarating. In front of us was a flat roof with Blitzableitern, cable pits, flue and stones... The apartment was super clean, although the decor was rather old and the bathroom was very small. We got a discount, but we had booked a suite and therefore were a bit disappointed. What we didn't like: there is no indoor pool and a heated outdoor swimming pool (is being built). The swimming pool is very nice, but also very, very cold... Otherwise, the hotel is very nice, very clean and the food was very, very delicious! Only history with the room was rather...

Liebe Edith,wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Ihnen für Ihre Bewertung bedanken und freuen uns, dass Sie sich mit Ihrem Urlaub im Hotel Forsthofgut auseinandersetzen. Großen Dank möchten wir Ihnen auch für Ihre Weiterempfehlung aussprechen, es freut uns aber auch, dass Sie uns sagen, was Ihnen nicht so gefallen hat, denn dadurch können wir uns stets verbessern. Der gewünschte Pool ist wie Sie ja schreiben bereits im Bau, dadurch gab es auch leider bei Ihrem ersten, im Erdgeschoss liegenden, Zimmer eine optische Beeinträchtigung. Ihrem Wunsch eines anderen Zimmers kamen wir gerne nach, allerdings war auf Grund der sehr guten Buchungslage des Hotels, nur mehr ein noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer im Haupthaus frei. Gerne möchte wir auch kurz darauf hinweisen, dass unser Hotel über viele weitere neue Familien-Suiten verfügt, die allesamt einen tollen Ausblick sowie besten Standard haben. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, dürfen wir Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen und möchten hinweisen, dass unsere neuen, großzügigen Familien-Suiten bereits ab Anfang Dezember zur Verfügung stehen.
