Gutes Zimmer, schlechter Service

Grosses Geschäftshotel mit entsprechend anonymen Zimmern ohne Balkon. Swimming Pool und Fitness gibt es "in der Nähe des Hotels" - weiter gefragt haben wir nicht.
Sonst lief in unserem Zimmer die Klima nicht, der Safe ging ebenfalls nicht. Der Service am Empfang war hart an der Grenze. Frühstücksbuffet nicht besonders, anderes Essen nicht probiert
Lage relativ am Rand der Stadt - man läuft 10 Minuten zum Tram was einen in 10 weiteren Minuten ins Zentrum bringt. Ist also machbar, aber es gibt sicher besser gelegene Hotels.
